It was all about the broadcast of the launching of the satellite launch vehicle GSLV F06 on Doordharshan . Everything went fine.. both the broadcasting schedule and the launching schedule. in T-12mins, ALS got initiated successfully, and ISRO chairman R Radhakrishnan, explained the details of this rocket and the satellite, GSAT - 5P, which this rocket should have placed in its orbit. And the countdown, then the successful ignition.
All is well till this point. it was showing the proposed trajectory and the live video of the rocket.. in exactly 47 secs (dint knew the exact secs that time, later got it..), everything went wrong for the launching plan. In first stage itself something went wrong, and just saw the rocket disintegrating and falling down.. that was the last live video on that broadcast. from that second, nothing related to this failure was shown or even updated. not even in the DD News.
Didnt expect DD to cut the broadcast, so suddenly. not even any updates on that. too bad. Atleast some ticker showing the update about this 125crore loss would have been good. Hopefully, next time atleast, the GSLV launch goes seamlessly, and even if its not, atleast DD considers the viewers and updates about it.
have been off from my kitchen for a long while, since mom was thr... why not goin to kitchen when mom is thr?? well, when the expert is there, u always have that little fear in doing things, even when u know that you wont do wrong... so, after a loong time, entered kitchen.. and suddenly felt i'm not in my kitchen.. why???
well... first things first, its clean!!!!!!!!!!!!! and things are in place, on where it has to be.. which is pretty strange for me... and you can clearly differentiate the kitchen which is solely handled by a bachelor guy/man, with the one handled or even visited by girl/woman. its wat it is... :)
and i can see all those sweet boxes, the ice-cream boxes, and any type of box which i got it to home when my mom was here, as some or the other grocery jar, stacked on the shelf, which otherwise, i would have thrown it into the trash immediately.. ;)
also, i dont find the "non" in the "non-stick" tava which i was using it for making dosa.. and thats the most important vessel in my kitchen.. and thats the most used vessel too.. since had lil experience in making dosa at my hometown, where there is no concept of non-stick at all in home, i could cope with this change immediately.
most importantly, have called mom several times today, to ask which is where.. actually, it was like doing some discovery in a unknown jungle or exploring the map in AOE.. ;) still there are areas to unveil tho.. hopefully, will complete my exploration by the end of tomorrow atleast.. ;)
Everything starts with God!!! though i dont believe, the ppl in Garuda Mall do.. hence this one.. and this is permanent, not a set.. And dont know which God is this also... doesnt matter for me...

And you need the name for this????? still, its Eiffel Tower
And last , but definitely not the least.......

Step-By-Step Process of upgrading your Samsung Galaxy S Mobile to Froyo 2.2 in India:
Click on "Firmware Upgrade" icon (second icon from right in the icon bar). Mostly, automatically, your Firmware Upgrade Available Window pops-up as soon as you connect your Mobile in Kies. |
need to ensure that internet connection is available before you agree and proceed next |
its better to save your data in server, also for a just-in-case scenario |
Once downloaded, upgrade process starts automatically. You can see the Android Work-in-Progress logo on your Mobile Screen now and the blue progress bar of downloading the new OS to your mobile. |
You can verify that your OS now is Froyo 2.2 by navigating to
"Settings > About Phone"
Model Number : GT-I9000
Firmware Version : 2.2
Baseband version: I9000DDJP2
Kernel version: 2.6.32.9
and most importantly..
Build Number: FROYO.DDJP6
One good thing is, as this update brings Flash Support, i'm now able to watch the Youtube videos embedded in my blog... :)
Am yet to test on the GPS fix part... will check that during the day time and comment on that too.
Overall, its good to be more nearer to the latest Android OS available. :)
